BreXit : To Play The Queen

The Oath of a Privy Counsellor

You do swear by Almighty God to be a true and faithful Servant unto The
Queen’s Majesty as one of Her Majesty’s Privy Council. You will not
know or understand of any manner of thing to be attempted, done or

but you will lett and withstand the same to the uttermost of your power,
and either cause it to be revealed to Her Majesty Herself, or to such of
Her Privy Council as shall advertise Her Majesty of the same. You will in
all things to be moved, treated and debated in Council, faithfully and
truly declare your Mind and Opinion, according to your Heart and
Conscience; and will keep secret all matters committed and revealed
unto you, or that shall be treated of secretly in Council. And if any of the
said Treaties or Counsels shall touch any of the Counsellors you will not
reveal it unto him but will keep the same until such time as, by the
consent of Her Majesty or of the Council, Publication shall be made
thereof. You will to your uttermost bear Faith and Allegiance to the
Queen’s Majesty; and will assist and defend all civil and temporal
Jurisdictions, Pre-eminences, and Authorities, granted to Her Majesty
and annexed to the Crown by Acts of Parliament, or otherwise, against
all Foreign Princes, Persons, Prelates, States, or Potentates. And
generally in all things you will do as a faithful and true Servant ought to

SO HELP YOU GOD

Do you have any thoughts as to perhaps why dear Brenda in the Palace hasn't intervened to break the deadlock/log-jam between Her Majesty's Government, her Lord Chancellor and the Judiciary Committee of her Privy Council but just acting as the Head of State and excercising her sovereign power of Royal Perogative herself by just INSTRUCTING them all to execute Order 66.... I mean, by, just TELLING them to make the Article 50 declaration...?

They all work for her and are hired and fired according to her decree and exercise only her borrowed powers on her behalf, with the position of the British nation and her Realm withering on the vine and going into terminal decline with every passing hour.... what the bloody hell is she waiting for, the daft old bat?!?

I mean, honestly, come on! What the bloody hell have we been paying her so much for  all this time?! She has ONE task to perform without prior prompting, just one..!! And this is it!

They're all just stock-taking the supply of paper clips left in the 2nd Class lounge stationary cupboard aboard The Titanic at the moment, I swear...

If this whole courtroom farce between the petty bureaucrats and flunkeys is not swiftly resolved and dispenses with by someone actually issuing some instructions on their own initiative (Ha!), showing a little backbone (Ha!) and taking responsibility for what the entire country is actually going to be doing next (never mind...), then I have no choice, I'm going to have to revert back to channeling John of Gaunt's royal rebuking yet again...

Queen..? Landlady of England art thou, O my callow Lady of Windsor in thy delinquency and in thy inconstant, addled, dithering dotage, Madame!

Dowager thou art, thou wretched, envious homicide, nay still more a regicide, betrayer of thy chosen wedded brood-mare daughter, true and faithful mother for thy son to play the husband, in want of womb to spring forth issue;

A true Queen of England, the commons they-annoitéd, you did slay, thou loathsome Hessian cuckoo-hen...

Tara Meedy O, wicked painted cuckoo-hen...

Plots, she had laid, inductions dangerous,
By drunken prophecies, libels and dreams,
To set the House of Clarence and that worthy Queen
In deadly hate the one against the other:
And if Sun and Daily Mirror be as black and false as Queen Brenda was as subtle, envying and traitorous,
That August night was Spencer in Parisian gloom chewed up,
In service of a prophecy, which say that "E"
Of Saxe-Cœberg Göthe's banshee reeks, the murderer shall be.

Dive, thoughts, down to my soul:
My Right, Late Honourable Friend my young Lord Richmond, must he now flee.
