The Three Mark Chapmans

The deployment of ARTICHOKE assassins usually occurs in pairs with staged acts of public weird behaviour in the days and weeks before to produce memorable reports of someone resembling the suspect "behaving strangely".

For this reason, ARTICHOKE shooters released into the wild are usually accompanied by doubles or people of similar physical appearance and dress who often dress very similarly as well.

This confusion and subterfuge is deliberate - if anyone sees or clearly remembers the purported perpetrator doing something or being somewhere or seen with some one or other parties, it was a simple case of mistaken identity.

For instance, nearly every time reputed angry lone wolf bomber Timothy McVeigh had been spotted or sighted, or in some instances caught on tape, he was always with other people in tightl -knit group of people.

Timmy was never alone, there were loads of people always around when he was in town, laughing, joking or flirting with the strippers while getting full friction.

He had buddies, a regular crew for Team Timmy - some were Germans, some were Arabs, some dressed like cowboys or Good Ole Boys, some of them were seen walking up am down the Murrah building sub-parking garage, measuring things and planting splodges of gery putty with wires hanging out of the sides against the sides of the core support columns. Some people assumed that meant they were with the phone company.

Some of them looked almost exactly like JohnDoe Number 2, which is obviously absurd, seeing as how it turns out he never existed.

Some people never forget a face. And certainly who could ever forget Timmy's face.

But no, all those people were mistaken all of those times, since that couldn't have been Tim McVeigh. Because, Tim McVeigh was a loner, as we all know.

Who had a friend who he asked to help him build the bomb with just that one time, but otherwise, completely kept to himself at all times.

Clearly all those people were mistaken. They didn't see Tim McVeigh at all, just someone who looked like him.

Possibly Odo from Star Trek : Deep Space Nine, who knows?
